was established in 2006 and is one of the
most successful Spanish language schools in Bogota, set in a Colonial
house specially refurbished to provide a suitable academic environment
without losing its originality. With spacious classrooms, cafeteria,
video facilities, computers with free internet access and a library it
offers a very complete range of facilities for students to improve
their spanish language skills. All teachers are native
speakers and hold university degrees. They ensure that
spanish course work is relevant to the students interests and
objectives, utilizing a wide range of techniques and materials to vary
the pace and variety of the Spanish classes.
We offer 4 levels of spanish teaching: beginners, elementary,
intermediate and advanced by following the values of Instituto
Cervantes.
General Spanish courses will start every Monday. Students can take
classes for as little as one week up to an indefinite period of time.
Spanish programs are carefully structured; classes will include the
functions of grammar, reading, oral comprehension, written and oral
expression (communication) exercises, as well as cultural activities.
Some classes will discuss various aspects of Colombian and Latin
American culture and society, students will be learning the
language in the context of our culture.
Group Instruction: Maximum of 6 students per class. Classes
begin on any Monday are held Monday through Friday,
Standard Spanish Course 4 classes of 50 minutes
each day, from 9:00 to 1:20 pm. or Intensive Spanish Course Course
6 classes of 50 minutes each day in the mornings , from 9:00
to 1:20 pm and 2 classes per day in the afternoons from 2:30
pm to 4: 30 pm. Electives are held in the afternoons (Speaking, say it
right, Listening, Pronunciation)
Private Instruction: Offered from beginners
to advance, Spanish Classes are taught according to the
students requirements.
Our Spanish course
* Spanish + Cultural Studies: This course is focus on the Colombian
customs and culture.
* Spanish + Salsa: This course teaches Spanish in the morning
and salsa in the afternoon.
* Spanish + Excursions: This is a tailored course where students take
Spanish classes in the mornings and have visits and excursions to
tourist places in the afternoons and weekends. These trips are
organized according to the students interests and request.
Prices of the visits and excursions are additional to the course
prices.
* Spanish for Executives: This course of Spanish for Executives is
addressed to professionals or diplomats who have been relocated and
moved to Colombia and therefore need to learn the language and the
culture rapidly.
* D.E.L.E. Preparation: This course is aimed to prepare those students
interested in taking the D.E.L.E. exam in any of its three levels.

teacher/student is about 1:2. Classes in Letra Hispánica are taught by
